How long does delivery take?
We usually pack and ship your order within 24 hours. Within Sweden, delivery time is usually around 2β5 business days, depending on where in the country you live. For other EU countries, normal delivery time is usually around 3β5 business days,
Are some purchases non-returnable?
By law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online, but at Fit Big Boy, we offer a 30-day right of return for unopened products. For health and hygiene reasons, however, we cannot accept returns of products where the packaging has been broken or the contents used, so please ensure the item is unopened when you return it.
Can I pay with Klarna?
Yes, if Klarna is displayed as a payment option at checkout, you can choose Klarna to pay directly, later, or in installments according to Klarna's terms. The exact Klarna options available depend on your profile and what Klarna offers for your purchase
How do I use your honey and epimedium products correctly?
Our honey and epimedium products can be taken as they are or mixed into, for example, coffee, tea or another beverage, depending on your preference. For most products, we recommend a total daily amount of approximately 10β15 g per day, preferably 10β20 minutes before activity, and that you avoid heavy meals just before intake for the best possible experience.
Do you ship to Denmark and other countries?
Yes, we ship not only within Sweden but also to Denmark and other EU countries. When you proceed to checkout, you can select your country from the drop-down list and view the shipping options and prices applicable to your specific address before completing your order.

We are a Swedish online store with customer service and an address in Gothenburg, with offices also in Stockholm, Oslo, and Riga. All purchases are made conveniently online via FitBigBoy.com, where you order directly from our webshop no matter where you are
Can you try Epimedium honey/royal honey
Yes, at Fit Big Boy, you can try our honey-based products without a subscription. Among other things, we sell a small 15g Royal Honey sachet for 79 SEK each, so you can try individual portions first before deciding if you want to order more.
Where are your products manufactured?
Many of our honey and epimedium-based products are manufactured in Turkey, where this type of product has a long tradition. How much is shipping?
At Fit Big Boy, you get free shipping on orders over 199 SEK (approximately 18 EUR). If your order is under 199 SEK, shipping costs 99 SEK, which is approximately 8 EUR. The exact shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase
