The C.P. Sports professional forearm trainer for effective and flexible forearm training - for strong and defined arms!
Soft-grip coated double handle with central pull cable reel, with which the weight plates or weights of the cable pull tower can be wound up with both hands. By alternately grasping both hands, the entire forearm musculature is trained in an absolutely isolated manner and an enormous strengthening of the wrists is also achieved! Muscular forearms are impressive and a sign of tremendous strength. Strong forearms are prerequisites for a strong grip, which is a huge advantage in strength training.

A "must" not only for all bodybuilders but also for mountain bikers, motorcyclists, anglers, power lifters, gymnasts and also rehabilitation patients!
With a weight holder for weight plates 30/31 mm, with a maximum weight load of 50 kg. 50/51mm disc mount possible by retrofitting a stable washer (not included). Even with a low weight, there is a high level of stress due to the alternating winding and unwinding of the respective weight.
