Fresh ashwagandha root is characterized by an intense smell and a wealth of valuable substances - it is primarily a source of withanolides, the content of which is standardized by the plant extract used in OstroVit preparation.
Vitamin B6 - pyridoxine - a water-soluble ingredient belonging to B vitamins. The compound can be found primarily in whole grain cereal products, as well as in offal and dry legumes.
Melatonin - hormone that occurs naturally in the human body. The substance is produced in the central nervous system by the pineal gland, which is one of the endocrine glands, and is a derivative of tryptophan. The synthesis and secretion of melatonin in the body is increased by darkness, while light inhibits the course of processes. Natural production of hormone in body begins after sunset and occurs most intensively in the middle of the night, between two and four o'clock.

Suggested usage:
Dissolve one serving of the product 3.5 g (1/2 scoop) in 100 ml of water or juice. Take one serving a day. Please use the measuring cup included in the package.
